Noelia Medina
I am an economist with specialization in finance, energy economics and regulation. I have 10 years’ experience in the energy sector in Uruguay, especially oil and gas. I have worked in the national oil company (ANCAP) and in the hydrocarbon area of the National Secretary of Energy (DNE), where I am currently working as an advisor. Recently, I have been trained in green hydrogen policies and technologies becoming part of the team working for the promotion of the national strategy for green hydrogen in the country.
